We are only a small concern with quiet & clean modern rooms just outside King’s Lynn close the A47. The rooms are booked on a 28 & 14 day basis only paid in advance, then per 7 days therafter.  We take cash & most major cards via Paypal, but card payments will encore an extra 3% charge. You will get the use of your own bedroom & a fully fitted kitchen with cooking & washing facility’s. Unfortunately we can’t have any pets in or on the property.
